Arrivals and departures
Arrivals: every day of the week.
Rooms are normally ready for occupation by 13:00 am.
Arrivals planned later than 18:00 should be communicated in advance.
Departures: Guests are kindly requested to vacate their room by 10:00 am.
Anticipated departures: If you anticipate your departure, we reserve the right to retain the full amount of one night. Cancellation by you No charge will be levied if the reservation is cancelled one week before date of arrival, whereafter a cancellation fee of 30% of the total stay will incur.
Double room for single use: 20,- Euro / day.
Restriction: No smoking in rooms please.
Pets supplement: 3,- Euro per day (no food included)
Booking: At the time of booking please send us a deposit of 50% total Euro for room reservation payable by credit card, bank transfer or by PAYPAL.
